Furniturebox is celebrating hitting 8,000 reviews on Trustpilot and its near perfect 4.9 rating.
An incredible 95% of customers on the online review sites experienced the highest levels of service with the online retailer.
One study found that just 3% of customers post five-star reviews on Trustpilot – which shows how Furniturebox’s focus on quality is paying off.
Monty George, Furniturebox co-founder and Managing Director, said: “We have always made stellar customer service the absolute focus of what we do.
“So to surpass 8,000 Trustpilot reviews – 95% of which are top marks – feels like an important milestone.
“It has allowed us to be ranked by the Sunday Times as one of the fastest growing online retailers in the country.
“That growth has allowed us to invest in a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution centre next to the M4 which means we can deliver for free throughout the UK the next day on most orders placed 8pm the previous night – among the very fastest delivery times online and a match for global brands with their own delivery teams.
“There is a huge team at our headquarters who all work tirelessly to achieve that rating and it is thanks to them that Furniturebox has been such a success.
“As the business grows globally and moves into new markets the commitment to first rate customer service will remain at the heart of everything we do.”
Customers praised all aspects of Furniturebox’s performance in their Trustpilot reviews.
Helen S focused on the fast delivery, saying: “I ordered my table and chairs on Monday night and couldn’t believe it could be delivered the next day – for free! It was all perfect.”
Jack H is a returning customer due to the quality of delivery and products, saying: “This is my second time ordering and both times the price, service and quality of the product has been to a great standard.”
S Moy was impressed and recommended Furniturebox to a friend, saying: “Stools are lovely and look gorgeous in our kitchen. Pricing was also competitive with other retailers.”
Susan E said: “Amazing service. Ordered 16:30 one afternoon and delivered 9:30 the next day. Love the mirror. Looks beautiful, great quality for the price.”
